CO: $14.62
BTN: $26.21
Hero (SB): $26.01
Hero posts SB $0.10, BB posts BB $0.25
Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero has Q
K
fold, MP raises to $0.75, fold, fold, Hero raises to $3.00, fold, MP calls $2.25
Flop: ($6.25, 2 players) A
5
8
Hero bets $3.00, MP calls $3.00

Hero checks, MP bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50
River: ($17.25, 2 players) 7
Hero checks, MP bets $5.25, fold
MP wins $16.47
so villain is 62/26 0% f3b - only 39 hands
so i decide to 3b for value w KQo (good ?)
the flop i decide to Cb (he only has 29% fCb but its Axx and its a 3b pot, what do you guys think of that ?
i was thinking about barreling all flushdraw turn, but then the Q gives me second pair and i decide i dont need to be bluffing anymore
stacksizes are kinda crapy so i was happy he only bets this small
how would you guys play this hand and do things different

I like it, I mean 3betting KQo is definitely a little borderline vs an MP open, but he seems to be an agressive fish who most likely is not positionaly aware.
Flop cbet is fine given how wide his range his, turn call is obvious and so is folding the river. nh.

Even though we are OOP KQo is still far ahead of this guys range, a bet or check on the turn would be ok...Folding the river is probably the right play because villain most likely has an AX hand he is not folding....This guys bet sizing is really weird....

I'd play it the same, I'd definitely 3b here for value, and cbet this flop.
OTT, you have to ask yourself how much fold equity you have. As this guy is a fish, I suspect it isnt too great so i'd lean towards c/c.
Fold river seems good.

turn is a c/c. He never folds an ace, but prob. folds 77/8x/99 now.
i'm calling on the river too. we are getting 4.5:1 so only need to be good like ~16%. + he bet small twice ( not a monster) and we get a read.

no not a monster, but i mean, he calls flop bets turn bets river...
he almost never has a bluff here (maybe like KJ KT TJ w a spade in it ???)
he doesnt need to have a monster, Ax is good enough...
i doubt calling the river is ever +EV...

i dont mind the 3bet with KQo vrs the fish, but i'd like it a lot more if we were IP.
or, it was a multiway squeeze. 39 hands gives an idea as to how he'll play, but might not be enough information to consider KQo OOP a value 3bet. and his fold to 3bet %age is irrelivant given sample size.
for the most part, i'm putting him on FD, Ax, 55, 88, JJ+ after the flop call.
and when he bets the turn, even though its small, means he has something, and i doubt he'll give it up to continued aggression.
as to whether the turn is a call, work out the math.
vrs my range above, we're 31% as of the turn. we're calling $2.50 into $14.75 means we only need to be correct 17% of the time. so, based on math alone, the turn is a call.
but the river is a different story.
if villians range doesnt change, we're at 5% equity on the river. we're calling $5.25 into $22.50, means we need at least 23.5% to make a call. which we're well short of. so its an easy fold. UNLESS we know he's doing this light. which we dont.
