I think this is a flop I personally would avoid cbetting. I hate doing that especially in a 3b pot and when most aggressive opponents are going to identify this as we have air and bet there entire range.
OTT: if they are on a draw, I think your bet size is small enough that they can profitably call.

Turn is deff spew...villains makes it to the turn with a lot of drawing hands and Qx, who even knows if villain calls 3 bets/Raises with SC etc UTG, we dont know him...considering your betting turn you should be shoving river from what your repping....prob a bad idea though until villain is known..should go three or give up flop..plus hes prob not playing your range hes prob playing his hand strength...River is Air or value BTm of his v range is prob KQ and air is busted draw, but we dont know if he calls that light or spazzes when river is checked or as said before his UTG raisng 3 bet callign range...just fold flop..I wouldnt even 3 bet AK until known villain is known spewy or a fish otherwise..

the way i see it is I'll always assume an unknown is a good player until proven otherwise. So with that being said, his UTG raise should hold some decent weight which i beleive is either going to fold worse hands to a 3B and continue with or 4B hands that beat us.That makes it a clear CALL preflop for me.
Once the flop comes down so coordinated and in his pf calling range,im def ch/folding here.imo the villian isnt going to fold anything but 77 or worse which he might just ch behind anyway and give us a free shot at drawing out.once he calls our CB,i dont see him having anything that we beat or could get a fold from by barreling the turn.I hate taking this line in a 3B pot,but then again thats why i recommended a flat call pre.If i were to make a play at the flop id try a CR bluff before a CB.
As played i think a ch/fold on flop is the best option

i agree with all that say check/fold flop. but not really agree with flatting pre as a default vs unknown. people will just call you wide enough that not 3betting AK here is a mistake against random player at these stakes imo.
