This is a hand I played yesterday.
I don't have much history on villian, only 80 hands but he is really passive from the few hands that he has shown down. He is 18/04 over 83 hands.
PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
I bet for value on the flop and continue on the turn even though the K is not the best card for me and completes some draws out there.
When he min raises me on the turn I figure I have 25% against his raising range and I am getting 4:5 on a call.
On the river I don't think I have enough equity to call...
Any thoughts on my play please????

easy fold imo.
this shove on the river screams value.

and the entire hand shows he's not a good player.
passive he maybe, but he's clearly not a thinking player.

his raise on the turn should have raised alarm bells to you. the only thing he can be doing that with is Tx. and on the river, maybe T8s?

his range is still pretty wide. can he do this with straights, yup. can he chase ISDs, yup.
he can play this hand with Tx, Q9x, AQx, 88. encoporate all those combos, and calling the raise on the turn isnt that great.

as they say, bet until your raised. classic case.
