Should have I folded the flop? Or called the river? Numerous draws missed but then again he did not seem very agg to me (small sample though) and bet check bet always seemed to me as a bad bluff line
BB is a 10% SQZ 18/16 agg nit
MP is a 36/17 over a 35 hand sample

You shouldn't call preflop if you don't have a plan postflop since you will almost always face a tough spot where you don't know what to do. Start out by assigning the two villains ranges for preflop then on the flop turn and river. It will give you a better idea and then you should start paying attention to how villains play so you get an idea about their ranges and then you will know how to act accordingly

How big is the sample? I'm not sure the bb has a big hand often enough for us to setmine if he really squeezes 10 % - if we call to setmine it would be because we very often would get it all in when we hit.
As it is, I think the hand is on the fence with the reads you have but it would be a snap call if you just had some reads on the villains postflop tendencies because then we wouldn't get into a situationen like this where we don't know how villain construct his ranges. If we had an idea about whether he is passive or aggressive, can valuebet thin, likes to bluff etc. we would have a much better idea about what villain is likely to do with the different parts of his range.
In this spot my default assumptions would be that villain is valuebetting the river because I find that even most passive players doesn't take a line that looks this bluffy and bet so small on the river as a bluff (I describe villain as passive because of the stats even though it is a small sample - It would however have been better to notice villains bet tendencies in hands before this).
