Greetings and Salutations to all Grin

Any advice on correct flop play with this hand?
44 hands on villain so only a vague idea about his game. I was 6 tabling + relying on my HUD stats.
he is 27/18 with a 3bet of 10%, 50% fold sb to steal (2/4) , 0% fold bb to steal (0/1) These numbers admittedly means very little over a sample of 44 hands

I have been plying around with min raising buton really wide , players down here are either way too spazzy or way too tight in the blinds so it does the job just as well as a 3x + controls the size of opps 3 bet when spazzy players wanna push us off our hand with a wide range.

he 3 bets me small and I call. (is this questionable?) nut flush potential , 1 blocker , implied odds.? Middle pair and nut flush on the flop and he bets almost full pot. Im giving him a range of strong overpairs on the flop mayber some overs and flush draws but i crush them and i really think with such a strong bet on the flop he's freakin out with his jj-aa desperate not to get sucked out on. Maybe a wrong assumption but is the standard line with those hands down here.

My real problem is do i want to call or get it in here? I dont really understand rev implied odds but this flop situation is an example right? if i call and hit my ace or diamond im not getting paid off. By calling im giving him a good chance to play perfect against me on the turn? Maybe not so much cos he's oop but iunno.

Pokerstove says against a range of JJ - AA its a pretty dead even flip on this board.
re-raise his flop lead?get it in? call and hope he spazzes out on a diamond,4,A turn or river?

I really dont know what line to take here , if he had aj-ak in his range on the flop it would be easier but why would they bet that so big? Also after the hand I thought about 99 , thats probably in his range.

Maybe I'm making a huge deal out of a simple spot but this hand froze my train of thought and I couldnt come up with a line that liked.

Can anyone offer suggestions considering I believe his hand to be pretty face up, (smmall % im wrong) + i think calling and raising river/turn turns my hand face up??

Sorry if this is just a super simple spot for everyone just couldn't figure out a line I could take that would maximise value.

Peace

Preflop is fine. I'd call the flop bet. Villain is unlikely to fold an overpair to a raise, plus if he's bluffing you can take it away on later streets.

Before the flop came down i knew he was probably cbetting, when the flop came I knew I was at least calling for a bunch of reasons, hoping maybe he'd bluff at it or value own himself on the turn river if i hit.

When he lead almost full pot I felt confident narrowing his range to overpairs (maybe 99 a small %) so thats where I'm having trouble. Knowing , most likely, what he has and what I have, wouldn't calling and betting/raising turn/river when we hit just be obvious?
3/5/6 of diamonds will likely kill my action plus the 3 aces left so 6 of my outs are most definately going to kill my value when I hit and when i miss am I calling a bet on the turn?

Isnt the best way to see profit from this hand when we see both the turn + the river?
I dont think calling flop and folding to a non-out turn is fantastic. We're not realizing our full equity?

Lets make an assumption that our opp is decent and weve jumped up in stakes to 200nl and we're in the same spot. Now we can almost certainly assume our action is dead when we hit. obv assuming players are decent here and do a little bit of handreading.

Allin equity is ~ 50% is it real bad to just get it in on the flop? hoping he has some bluffs? We have fold equity?

Maybe i'm overthinking it. This hand was from earlier and its melting my brain.

Villain will often have a worse flush. You can also hit an A or 4 for 2 pair, which makes your hand more disguised, especially if villain will barrel an A turn with air as a bluff. Even when you do hit a flush, villain will often bet worse hands for thin value or as a bluff.

I prefer calling in position. Out of position I'd raise the flop bet.
