Can you see any hands with a 4 here? Maybe A4s? Do I fold or push? Is a call ever a good move here? Did I play this right to this point?

You need to bet larger on the turn!

Do you think I should've raised the flop as well? A raise on the flop seems to get a fold a lot of the time, so I don't know if that's the best way to get most value or not.

Meh, I prefer not to raise the flop as villain's range is so air heavy. Really would depend on how aggro you think he is. If he's barrel happy with air, I probably just peel and let him hang himself. If not, raising the flop is OK.

People will say raising the flop is good as villain will never fold an ace here, however, he will barrel with an Ax hand almost 100% as well.

What hands do you expect him to call with if you shove? Have you seen him call river raises reasonably light?

I don't think that the villain's range consists of a lot of air.

Raise flop....this guys a nit...hes not gonna continue barrelling any air on the turn...so why not raise flop get value from his Ax hands and if he folds o well, hes not gonna be taking any bet bet lines with his air...we wants value...hell take a bet bet line with his Ax but we get more monies by taking a raise flop bet turn line...villain has probably exactly 44-55 maybe 22...pretty much depends if villain would bet 55-22 on the river to get value from Ax.....if he would its a call,,,I dont think this guy ever has A4s here maybe like 5% of the time his pfr is 9% thats like all 22-AA and AJ+

Thinking about it I think he may only call with AK.

I think his range is AK-AT + any suited A, maybe KK. Can't see such a tight player calling turn with 44. Any set would bet bigger I guess.

What range do you put him on here? Similar to mine? Would you call the bet?
