Well, people do fold to 4B all the time. I don't understand what you are trying to say?
If you are not going to stack off to 5bet then you shouldn`t 4bet and flat a 3bet in the first place and if you are expecting villain to fold (or trying to get villain to fold) better do that with junk hands you don`t see any value flatting 3bet IP (T8o, A7o, KTo etc.).

But we can fold out say AK, that we are flipping with, so we can get to fold hands with equity against our hand and on the other hand we do get some info. Do people really 5B a lot worse than our hand? If we just call and get a dry, low flop and the turn and river bricks and we still hold an overpair, we pay him off a lot when he has KK and AA. But if we 4B fold we save some money, don't you agree?

So don`t pay him off.
If villain never calls/5bets AK tighten your value 4bet/call range to KK+ and add a ton of shitty hands to 4bet/fold that way exploiting his tight folding and flat everything else while you let AK see the flop you also play vs wider 3bet range you actually don`t mind playing postflop in position.

This is a very good point.
Thanks so much for the help!
Really need to work on may 3B/4B ranges.
