Hero (UTG): $33.68
MP: $31.38
CO: $20.16
BTN: $27.19
SB: $11.31
BB: $35.89

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is UTG with A Club A Heart
Hero raises to $0.75, 1 fold, CO calls $0.75, 1 fold, SB calls $0.65, 1 fold

Flop: ($2.50) K Heart 9 Club 6 Spade (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.75, CO calls $1.75, SB raises to $10.56 all in, Hero???

CO 40/0 after 15 hands seemed lose passive so far

SB 50/0 after 24 hands also seemed lose passive and honest so far

i don't think he wil ever bluff/semi bluff here but wasn't sure if he could shove worse for value here. you do see hands like AK, KQ here from time to time and i think sets would get slowplayed a lot. i could imagine him play a weaker twopair like this. also not sure because there is still a player left to act who has shown interest in the pot who is a bit deeper.

not sure we can give him all the combos of AK/KQ and also he possible has all the twopairs in his range.

I'm not willing to fold here against a 50BB stack given only 24 hands. But I don't see a reason to shove. Call and hope for CO to come along aswell with his weak holdings. It's not like CO is ever gonna fold better if we shove and there is like no turns which are going to cause a problem.

Yes I agree with calling. We can keep the third player in with a top pair etc.

I think flatting is fine against these passive players. Though whatever happens you can never fold anymore later. (well maybe when turn is a K.)

@Adriano85 no thats not the reason, a 40/0 wouldnt fold top pair if we shove. imo we flat cause a station might call the shove with less than tp and will probably shove tp over your call.

Sure that why I said "etc.". Don't want to type all the possible hands that he will call. I agree with you.
