No real reads. don't know about not raising flop? Jamming turn? Folding when facing such strength from 2 opponents. Usually beat in this spot imo at this level. Had oop initial raiser bet smaller on turn, I probably jam, but thought sets and JT where in his range. Once I call the turn though, kinda committed 3rd jams so don't know if I am ever good. Or snap call?

Raising flop here is mandatory imo. There are a ton of draws you could have and only 2 combos of sets assuming he thinks you 3bet QQ and KK.
I did the math and you need 18% equity to call the turn and I gave them both a range of AA,KK,QQ,KQ,KQs,JT,JTs, and Q9s. You have 24% equity vs. this range so easy call.

snarble as played you think the turn is a close fold or you call?
I think it's probably a close fold...our hand does too poorly against a range of straights, bigger sets, combo draws and KQ.

If BTN is jamming K9s here, we can call but I don't think we can assume he flats those pre or jam turn.

The weird spot you got into is not important. Knowing whether you should call or fold in some rare spot will hardly have impact on your winrate and also require deeper understanding of poker. You made 2 fundamental mistakes here. You called on the flop, and you called on the turn. Fixing those will have a much bigger impact on your winrate.

A raise on the flop here is a must. UTG leads out into two other players for a decent sized bet after opening pre so his hand strength looks strong, a lot of Kx,Qx with backdoor/flush draws. Raise the flop for value which has the side effect of protecting our hand against the many draws and making them make the mistake.
I wouldn't mind slowplaying here with reads that UTG c-bets his air a lot or spazzes out with TPGK and without BTN still in.

The good news about this tough spot is that improving your thinking on previous streets will prevent you from being in this position
