Thanks.
And what is your plan on future streets?
Depends on who calls the flop bet. If SB, or both call the flop, probably checking turn. If BTN calls, and SB folds, probably value betting most turns.

I would also bet 1/2 pot here. It looks like MehCyn was 3-bet bluffing pre and gives up now. Or he missed and is giving up now.
If Joalier calls I think he will have a Q a lot. I would prolly barrel the A (our hand looks like AQ), on other cards I would check/fold. Edit: I take back barreling the A because AQ makes up the majority of his Qx range. Although I'm slightly worried about being bluffed off the best hand we check a K or A.
If MehCyn check/calls here I think there is a decent chance he has QQ, I would check back and see what he does on the river.
If they both call I'm done with the hand
probably value betting most turns.
Which worse hands are calling two streets ? What is you plan on the river after being called twice? (lets say on 2 blanks)

I guess I'll play devil's advocate here and say I would check. We have a very monotone board that I don't feel that we can get value out of much worse than our own and will be hard to get at least the button to fold here as it's likely if he is calling lightly that he will not fold out most flops anyway especially this one. I would thereby allow him the opportunity to bet at the flop which I believe he would do with most of his range and if sb folds call and reevaluate on flop. If sb is slowplaying then can fold out comfortabl knowing you are behind his range.

your note on SB makes no sense to me tbh. Tight but 3 betting a wide tight range? depolarized? even if button calls we don't have enough pot odds to make this a pure set mining spot.
And also set mining against a loose range and a wide (idk what exactly range) is almost always not that great. If button rarely has good hands that can stack off or put lots of money in otf, and SB is tight enough not to pay off to aggression, set mining is horrible. We want tight ranges with lots of implied odds.
calling with the intention of betting the flop when we have overs can't be too bad, but it just seems really weak to me when we have position on a player and the ability to almost always force the player that has position on us to fold.
what do you think about the preflop? i really want to know more about what you feel SB's range is tbh

BTN isn't folding TT, 99, 88, 77, 76, 87 on a 2 turn. Villain will also call hands like Ac5c on a 2c turn as well.
