Hijack raiser was 18/12 CO was 34/28. Blinds were in the mid 30's and 40's respectively. I considered re-raising but decided there was little point as my hand played great multiway.

I think the way he played it calllimg the flop betting the turn and shoving the river really suggests a flush, though i just want to check with what you think. He had been quite aggresive postflop however with an aggression factor of nearly 4 over 162 hands. Thanks a lot.

You can't call this river bet. You you're getting 2:1 here, so you need to be good 33% of the time and I don't think you ever are.

Villain isn't just taking a strong line, he's taking a strong line into three opponents on the turn and two on the river. Massive strength. Easy fold.
