Hi,
I'm new to DC and this would be my first hand at the forums. Would be great to hear your opinions, I've got lot of troubles in similar spots.
Opp is 20/16 (230 hands) and he doesnt like folding to 3bets, cbets. F3B 35%, FCB 30% on this sample. I've got an aggressive image at the table, but no special dynamic between us.
Should i bet the turn myself? I wanted to let him betting with worse. I was clueless about the right play here. Can i call the river as played? If i bet the turn, easy bet on the river?

Make the flop bet bigger for value.
I would still bet the turn for thin value and as a blocker bet = $5.80. Your line looks like missed broadways so if CO is competent then this is a good bluff spot. If you know this and were checking to induce then you have to c/c both turn and brick river.
As played I probably call the river since you are getting good odds and your line looks super weak so would expect overpairs to be a part of villains river range.

This depends on the opponent would he do this with anything less than a set or straight, given that he doesnt fold to many 3 bets he's definately calling with all PPs. If he has 1010-QQ here how does he play it?
If I have seen villan over value hands such as overpairs then I', happy shipping the turn, if not then I'm bet/folding the turn

Good question, i think the mistake in the hand is not betting the turn. My idea was keeping his range the widest possible (but this way I'm just guessing here) and let him making a mistake.

i think he will check back showdown value a lot maybe even twopairs on the turn and bet his floats , air and draws some of the time. so if you expect him to be floating you a lot on the flop i would consider check and then shove or call. given that he betted so big on the turn i would lean towards shove because its less likely he will continue bluffing the river given stack to pot ratio.
but if you dont expect him to float you a lot on the flop with air i would check/fold the turn because he can have a lot of 8x and sets in his range and is probably checking back a lof of hands that you beat.
