This is really a basic spot, but one that I've often find myself thinking of a lot. Is a 3bet a no brainer or should we call (which would more make us set mine with being OOP in a way pot)?

Poker Stars $10.00 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players - View hand 1494036
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

BTN: $20.48 - VPIP: 18, PFR: 14, 3B: 0, AF: 2.3, Hands: 233
SB: $10.81 - VPIP: 18, PFR: 12, 3B: 4, AF: 1.0, Hands: 76
Hero (BB): $13.09 - VPIP: 26, PFR: 19, 3B: 7, AF: 2.4, Hands: 57601
UTG: $12.33 - VPIP: 27, PFR: 24, 3B: 6, AF: Infinity, Hands: 45
CO: $11.63 - VPIP: 11, PFR: 7, 3B: 1, AF: 5.0, Hands: 210

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with T Club T Diamond
UTG raises to $0.35, CO calls $0.35, 1 fold, SB calls $0.30, Hero?

I think I almost always call here. Not sure if that is a leak but I don't know if we can really expect to get value by 3-betting here?

i'd usually call given the players. if there were a few donks here, I think 3-betting is more of an option.

against those players I would call... UTG has a tighter range and CO is a nit so if we 3bet and get called its unlikely they are going to continue with worse if they don't hit unless we hit a set.

That said, if we just call we can accomplish the same thing... only cheaper. Being multiway also offers us the opportunity to gain more money when we do set since we can not only get at least one stack but also dead money from multiple flop calls.
