Hello,
I appreciate really your advice people.
When someone call my cbet and im out of position, i alway have little probleme on what to do.
here i would like your advice on my line (fire a second barrel), and if not, what is the most ev+ for this kind of situation?

You are not second barreling here. On the flop your hand is very likely to be best and the turn brings an overcard. But I like the turn bet because you protect against overcards and you can safely fold to a raise.
A second barrel is used when you are kind of bluffing. for example you have A,K you raise oop and get one caller flop comes Q,8,2 rainbow and you C bet he calls and turn bricks. You can second barrel here if he is not loose because a hand like 10,10 or 9,9 or 7,8 is probabaly folding to a second barrel.
I use second barreling oop and almost never IP because I think there is more value to check and draw to your outs unless you have a good read he can fold to your second barrel.

I would check-call the turn
As Herxes said, you dont barrel a card like this, you are value betting.
Yes you have to make various play, but I think you should bet a little more on the turn, but its not so killing, because there are no big draw out there so you dont really have to be affraid of the draw in this spot.
But value betting more on turn = you can value betting more on river !
