I would typically just go ahead and bet the flop here. Depending on his agf/reads of course, your typical 50/10 guy is way more likely to call it off than to bet himself, and certainly can have a lot of Ax in his range here that's just never folding.

I agree. Especially if we want to have "balanced" range it is important imo to bet here but against a fish doesnt it look veeery bluffy if we check flop and bet turn shove river on bricks ?

Bet, bet, bet all three streets. 50/10 villain is going to pay you off with a ton of Ax hands, Kx hands, maybe some PP for at least 2 streets. Don't slow down until villain adjusts (something this bad won't) or finally raises you (he has a huge hand) and you fold. Then go back to betting

You don't need to be balanced vs unobservant players. If anything you want to be imbalanced.

I think on a rainbow board your line is ok vers a fish, if you do check the flop with Ax here, you need to get it AI by the river though (so size it apropriately). If you dont, you lose value from every Ax he plays (which is gonna be a lot). Against some aggro-regs i might check the flop as well, figuring they can put me on an underpair and barrel away. AQ is not the hand to do it with though, just take a random Ax that cant get too much value from worse aces.

as stated previously, i typically like to bet the flop.
like, if you have a read that he is the type to spaz out and be the better/aggressor himself, then sure, your line is okay. but you haven't specified this.
as played, seems okay i guess.
