I 3bet as i have position and think he will call with worse, anyone play any street differently?

Bad 3bet prf IMO. If he hasn't been at the table long, he may be running hot. And he's UTG. 3bet as a steal maybe, but there's not much value to KJo.

As played, if he is an aggrofish, then his line looks like a slowplay or turned flush. I would fold. 8x doesn't lead river that often if it's in his prf range.

Would you 3bet or flat this pre ( or fold? ) vs a standard 20/16 reg?

v a 20/16, it depends on how he played post. If he's too tight I'd call and raise or float him on the flop. Otherwise I'd fold, maybe on occasion 3bet him if he has a high fold to 3bet.

v this guy, I would call prf, and he'll probably value town himself.
