What do we hope he does this with? TT,99, the only two hands we beat, small part of his range. Lets say its (best case?) Td9d=45%eq or AdKd,KdQd=52%eq. You haven't noticed anything wierd so far, why do we always think they are bluffing us?

So far I seen a lot of wierd stuff at 2&5NL but I have lost tons in the process by seeing more legit hands that are just scared of letting you draw, compared to the odd 66 that ships here.

I guess you were 3betting for value. What range do you put him on after calling your 3bet? Is he capable of semi bluffing here? One thing to keep in mind is if he has you beat, you are crushed, if you have the best hand, he still has decent equity.
We are getting 2:1, so if he has TT-99, Ax in his range, we are close to breakeven on a call.

Without more info I'd assume he's passive (13% pfr) and fold here. The hands we are ahead of likely have lots of equity.

thats my usual reaction. i potted the flop so he isnt messing around here the majority of the time.

.......but im not sure if im too much of a nit in general, certainly today my stats were really nitty due to opening more tables than usual & dividing my attention. I was raising premiums & getting 3bet all over the place & folding alot.

I think this is a call. Were crushed only by sets and over pairs but Is he really not 4 betting AA KK and QQ? More likely he has Ax of diamonds or suited broadway but you have the J of diamonds so that cuts down on his suited broadways alot. Getting 2:1 you only have to win this hand 1 out of 3 times to break even. I stoved it giving him all Ax Diamond suited hands AA-55 and all suited broadways with diamonds that didnt contain the J of diamonds and your 50/50 against that range so I think its a call.
