First, I'd like to say hi to everyone since this is my first post here.
Here's a hand that I believe misplayed: Villain is 43/17 over 46 hands. Have not seen anything notable about him so far.
Full Tilt Poker $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter
CO: $21.75
BTN: $19.10
Hero (SB): $28.15
BB: $26.70
UTG: $31.50
Pre Flop: Hero is SB with A
A
UTG raises to $0.50, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.50, Hero raises to $2, 1 fold, UTG calls $1.50, BTN calls $1.50
Flop: ($6.25) 6
K
Q
(3 players)
Hero bets $4.25, UTG calls $4.25, BTN folds
Turn: ($14.75) 9
(2 players)
Hero bets $10, UTG raises to $25.25 all in, Hero calls $11.90 all in
River: ($58.55) 5
I'm most interested to know your thoughts on my turn play and if there's a way to play this hand differently.

I think its good, you maybe facing AK, cause he raising UTG.. I dont think he would call a reraise with KQ OOP.
JT is unlikely.. the only this I would be affraid is a set.. KQ could also be part of his range but would be a bad play.
KK-QQ would maybe 4-bet also.. And sometime you gonna be up again some strange AJ-AQ, wich you like to play against

Thanks for the replies. He had KcJc. It was bothering me if betting smaller on the turn would be an option, so that I can get away from the hand if he pushes with a monster hand.
Hello!
I can't see any amount to bet on turn that doesn't look like a bad joke and folding to shove by 43/17 - that is just impossible. Betting very small and folding is easy to spot and use against you unless you will bet like that and call with very big hands. You played it well on turn, IMO.

I tend to bet smaller on the turn here, but to give him the illusion of fold equity rather than to give myself a chance to fold. Once you bet turn all the money's going in anyway unless he folds, so you might as well bet a little less. Not only does betting something like $7.5 fool a lot of villains into thinking they have FE because you don't appear to be committed, it will also look like a weaker hand to most opponents because it's only ~1/2 pot.
Edit: I'd also strongly consider checkshoving this turn vs. a bad aggressive villain like the guy you played here seemed to be. Once he bets he'll pretty much never fold to your push since he'll rarely have complete air and he'll be getting very tempting odds.
