This hand was played poorly by me on every street. As played is the river a call considering his overbet? No reads on villan, i had been at table for about 30 minutes and had not seen him get out of line

Just fold. You're right that you blew every street, don't make it worse by calling a river overbet for a chop. Trying to get tricky on a board that nasty is not advisable. Just lead the flop.
