I think that he has a high pocket pair (not aces) if he had AA he would not have just called your four bet maybe QQ or JJ i think i would put him at or perhaps AK he could have also.
Question 2
I would be almost certain he is goin to do a check raise here, i would check behind and if the turn does not help you i would give it up.
Question 3
I dont think you did anything wrong pf i would have played it the same you got alot of information of him by him calling the 4bet
