villian was 38/20/3 after 20 hands. i played one hand with him before, where he floated a draw heavy board, checked the turn and folded to my river bet. would you call the turn? what would you do on the river if he barrels again? given that he limp called, i put him on Ax with A of hearts. is this an easy call down?

If you put him on Ax of hearts then it's likely he has two hearts in his hand, is it not?

In any case, I think you're assigning him too narrow a range. That said I'm having trouble assigning him one myself.

I think you can call this and re-evaluate the river. If he pots it again or there's a heart river then it's a fold imo. He'd have to be pretty mental to fire again on the river with worse after you've called the first two barrels.

two PSB donkbets - so sick , i would probably call this and fold on the river if he would make another PSB or any strong bet

what do you guys think about his range here? when he limps I'm thinking small suited cards. unlikely AK, AA, KK the sample size is small tho, possibly 44 but again maybe more likely to raise.

if we go with that, then we are looking at him having around 9-13 outs, while there is dead money in the pot and we can probably raise and get it in on the flop and have it be +EV.. it may be better to wait for the turn. If the turn bricks and he bets I think we should get it in.

let me know what you think, i might have a play with pokerstove when i get home to see how widening his range affects this..
