No history, he seems to be a fish.
SB a fish 40/20 over 15 h so no history either

Preflop, both call and 3bet seems to be fine.
I decided to call because I am IP, and he probably will call me, and his range includes a lot of brodwaycards, and I don't won't to blow up pot and see an overcard and gace it with his aggrestion.

Flop, I hit Overpair, nice. I can call or reraise.
I prefer to reraise, to kick out sb from game.
Secondly my hand could be the best so it is nice to gain some value.
thirdly I don't won't give him a free card and see any ovecard.

Turn, is b/f for me. I bet for value, and to get free sd.

What do you think about:
1) calling pre
2) rasing flop.
3) maybe checking turn to induce bluff?

looks like a wp hand, you can bet the turn a little larger.

what are you doing against counter aggression? ie. he raises the turn?

I am going to fold.
I don't have enough read to say how light he will reraise me.
He could have better OP, 7x.
If he is spewy, I would notice it later and gain of it.

I think you should of floated him on the flop. Your in position and if you raise, you're folding out hands that did not connect on that dry flop.

Well played. This is a line I started to incorporate into my game recently, and works very well so far.
Turn betsizeing is fine, his range is polarized here, so it doesn't matter if we make it bigger or not.
BTW this hand is one example of why you shouldn't 3bet 99 here. It was so easy to realize our equity in the pot in position even multiway. It is not worth to risk 4betted. Plus this guy likely flats 3bets oop w all kinds of junk, and higher stack to pot ratio lessens our positional advantages. Plus if he flats with JTs, I'm not that happy about it...
