Hey guys,
I'm not going to post a specific hand this time, because I would just like to start a general discussion about playing from the blinds, which is a problem for most players I think. The difference between a winning and a losing player usually comes from the success of the blinds play, in 6 max especially. For me this is a huge problem and I have a big leak here as most do, especially the big blind.
I fold a lot from the BB, since I hate playing out of position (around 85%). I started 3-betting more and found that people call very light in position and it becomes a problem if you don't hit and have to be out of position on the turn and river when called on flop.
I am very aware that you should be adjusting to a specific player and their range to decide your action from the blind, but what I would like to do in this post is to discuss general strategies that you use against specific types of players and how you adjust your ranges, how to play certain flops, when to check raise, when to donk etc.
Appreciate any tips.

I think I have to worry since I have like -40bb/100 out of the BB and around -15bb/100 out of the SB which is huge I believe. Sample size is around 100k. I did have have a fair number of suck outs, but still this is a fair sample. I don't know what is normal, but this for sure isn't. If I could cut this in half I would be a huge winner. I believe that at 6 max your blind play makes you or brakes you.
I interested in which spots you are donking to get the discussion started?

Is the norm not -100bb/100 for BB and -50/100 for SB? In which case you are not to bad and are making more than expected? I could be wrong here.
In terms of c/r and donk betting I don't think you can generalise when to do it from the blinds compared to another seat.

When I was being coached, I was told -25/100bb for the Big bind, and -15/100bb for the Small blind was a good rate to shoot for.
If you are being called lite in 3b pots. The adjust your range to include all of the top (AA-TT, AK,AQ). As well as the top of your depolarized range (good broadways) Hands that will have your opponents dominated so they can value town themselves when they fire multiple barrels postflop.
Also against a villain with a high steal% from the co/btn. I like to flat from the BB and donk bet low connected boards or hit or miss boards like 228. Hope this helps.....Dave
