Over 100k hands at 10nl i am slightly losing. I am only able to keep a small percecentage of my RB and most of my winnings are only the Dp bonus. I use HEM2 and leakbuster. Over 100k hands i am approx a 20/15 (a little tight) with 3bet of 5.7 and AF of 2. I guess i need to find more spots to c/r w bluffs and semi bluffs. on leak buster my worst position is SB(squeeze more?), being a B+ the rest are As or A-. It also tells me i get to riv w too mant med strenghth hands fro MP and i am losing ALOT w tTop pair no draw. None of my stats (c bet etc) look outta wfack to me. What am i doing wrong? Seems to be TP hands fro MP are the death of me. Is it that simple? If so what do i need to change vs. different villian types? Also interested in joining MSNL group of some sort. THANKS GUYS

Not want to be a prick, but your post is very hard to read.
You are prolly not folding enough, people don't semibluff / bluff you as much as you think at nl10.

In regards to being in middle position, when there is a raise before you, you should fold hands like JT, QT, QJ, KT, KJ, KQ, AJ and maybe even AQ depending on how tight the UTG AND UTG + 1 opponents are. Are you getting out kicked a lot? Also if you see your opponents make a pot size raise on a dry flop, or re-raise on a dry flop chances are your hand might not be good. They could have a set, and committing your entire stack with top pair is not a great scenario....

i am the only hands i do call with are KJs+ OTB, sinceAQ does so poorly vs. the top of MP range i may fold AQo or turn it into Bluff coz of blockers or RCE whichever u prefer to call it

can i filter to see how often i am out kicked? which brings up another concept w AQ in blind battles or but vs blind when facing reraise or c/r all in on ace high dry flops

i think its way too hard to dissect your game with a forum post. post a video of you playing and have someone on here review it.

I used to struggle writing clearly, and still sort of do, but yeah I agree with BeatItPlease, it was a little hard to read. Try to use proper punctuation(capitals) when writing longer posts, you don't have to be formal when its only a few words, but I think it helps being clear when it's a longer paragraph. And using all capitals, like THANKS GUYS, is bit of a strain, and try adding more paragraphs and proof read what you wrote. Try reading outloud what you wrote. You seem to make the same "mistake" as I do, of writing tons of information that explains the whole dynamic, but most of it being rather useless. You having rakeback and HM2 is rather irrelevant.

I'll rewrite your OP to illustrate, but by no means am I good at English.

I'm slightly losing at 10nl over a 100k sample. I'm approximately a 20/15 with a 3bet of 5.7 and a AF of 2. I suspect I need to find more spots to x/r w air and semi-bluffs, but not sure. Leak buster says my worst position is SB, being a B+ their and As or A- everywhere else. It also tells me that I get to the river with too many medium strength hands from MP, and that I am losing a LOT(capitals is okay here due to empathsis) with top pair no draw.

None of my stats (cbet etc) look outta wack to me. What could I be doing wrong? It seems like I need to be tighter from MP, and be more cautios with TP type hands. Can it be that simple? If so, what should my MP ranges be, and how should I adapt that to different villian types?

I'm also interested in joining a MSNL group of some sort if anyone knows of one. Thanks guys!

if you are losing at 10nl you need to learn the fundamentals. squeezing from the sb is going to be part of a winning game plan, but it is nowhere near the first thing i'd study if i were looking to become a winner. way more important to start incrementally.

TIGHTEN up OOP, first, until you are a better hand reader.

LOOSEN up IP. steal the fuck out of the btn and CO. call opens on the button and learn to play postflop without the initiative. too many uNL players are weak hand readers and look to scrape out winnings just through multistreet aggression as the PFR.
