this is a spot i struggle with, on a 2 tone board OOP when im offsuited holding a blocker to villians drawing range.
villian is 33/14 so far, this is the second tme i have 3b vs this villian,
first time he called 3b OOP with AJo and stacked off TP otf on rainbow board
his fold to 3b is 0, obviously only 3b him twice and called both times so i dont have too much of an idea of his 3b calling range yet except AJo+
standard 3b for value
whats your play here, and why???

I struggle with this situation as well. I find that if I c-bet and get called I have no idea where I stand in the hand, and when I hit on the turn I'm still not to happy as KJ and AJ now made two pair. By checking the flop do we not turn our hand face up?One thing I'm contemplating is making it a spot for a check raise, any thoughts?

Cbet half pot and decide on the turn. Still a couple good cards we can continue on if villain calls.
If we cbet half pot we only have to win 1/3 of the time which means villain have to fold 66% of his calling range on this board. Write down the hands you think villain calls with pre, calculate the amount of combinations and see how many of those he will fold vs your cbet.

you start by saying, what hands call my 3bet? then, what hands call rather than raise or fold the flop? this is how you need to approach poker hands always

MP's range is in general wider in spots like this.
so everytime you raise a limper you are isoing? I dont think AKos is a value raise given the positions especially if hero is going to play fit or fold otf.

Villain is 33/14 fish, He has 0% fold to 3b and called 3b OOP with AJo and stacked off TP otf on rainbow board.
Not 3betting AK here is a huge mistake.
Our plan otf is cbet half pot and give up whiffed, try to stack off him when we hit a pair.
