Hero?

The villain is spewy, so I really don't know, that can we value bet this river, or simply check behind. I think he calls with Tx hands like JT, QT, KT, AT here, but there is a lot of "interesting" two pairs or a lucky 9 what destroys me.
And what you think about the flop and turn play?

You should definitely raise the flop vs this villain - there are plenty of hands he'll call with and many turns kill the action from those hands. If he reraises I'm pretty happily getting it in.

As played turn is fine, as for the river I'd probably check back.

Yea definitely raise the flop, I think this is mostly Tx, 8x, 77 or some sort of OESD or GS (I'd expect him to raise 88,TT anyway pre) and I doubt he's betting the turn with just about anything when we call the flop but he's usually gonna call the flop raise and the turn shove also)
