i knows t been a while since you posted this hand but what is your question ?

Flop:
I rather raise the flop than raise the turn. When you raise the flop you have the chance that the turn gets checked, so that gives then you a free card and you have much more fold equity because you are representing a much stronger range by isolating him preflop.

Turn:
Here i would just call because when he bets 2 times he probably has something strong and you have good odds/implied odds on a call.
