2NL played kings correctly?

I got kings in my hand against a pretty loose/aggresive player. He just recently tried to bluff me of with A2o and caught a turn A. He bets often with just nothing. 18/10

Am I doing the right thing to bet out or should I slowplay and induce bluffs on later streets? I think he might suspect something if I just checked, cause I tend to c-bet like 90% of the times.

This is pretty standard. At 2nl you're just missing tons of value by checking this flop.

Never works imo. At 2NL, people are not willing to bet into you very often. The only real way to get value is to bet, and that's what you did. nh.

It's better in the long run to bet when you have a hand than try and get to tricky and check. You might winkle out the occasional bet from villains by being tricky, but when you are strong you should be looking to win stacks and you only do that by building pots.
Also, if you Cbet 90% (probably a bit high) then you can't check when you do have a hand. The idea is your high Cbet % will get you paid off in spots like this because villains will call you down light/play back at you. Otherwise you bet when weak/check when strong.
