Pretty much unless I knew Villain's 3 bet calling range is like super mega tight and only great top pairs pre flop. Or of course if you have some 3 bet pot history and you know that he c/r often or bluffs when checked to or something.

This looks ok ...As long as we are cbet/folding.
If we think villian is playing back in these spots then this is really not a good board to cbet ,as its prety much the perfect board to bluff raise on.
Generally I find the regs at 50nl will play fairly fit or fold in this spot(3bet pots ,dry board, without initative) and you dont get bluffed too much at all
What was your plan if you get called?
What cards if any are you barreling on?

"You can even make a smaller cbet - 5$ should be enough"
would you bet $5 with AK here then? maybe to induce but i dont like it you should bet the same with bluffs and big hands.
"This is a very good spot to double barrel.
If you make if 5$ on the flop, that will leave enough room to make another bet on the turn. The pot will be 22 and you'll be able to bet again 11-15$".
whats he calling pre? and calling a c bet with? the only good double barrel card is an ace, and if i am villian and do get to show down, and see what bet sizes you used in 3 bet pots on dry boards, you have just painted a big target on your back, for me to float you twice and bet or shove river if you dont ballance?
i just think you need to keep it simple at $50NL and bet fold or CH and bet turn, or get to show down depending on the player type.
