Just checking that this is a standard line here. Just sat at the table, no special reads on the villain. He is likely fish as In the first hand he limped on the button and called my big raise. Check-folded that hand on a J89ds flop as the SB was also in the pot.
I expect Villain to have a pair here most of the time. My aim is to get him to fold most pairs under Q that don't have flush redraw. In case called I usually have bunch of outs and pretty decent equity.

I like how you played it. I think he'll definitely call with any Q, most pairs with a diamond, but with your gutshot, flush draw, and overcards, you've probably got at least 30-35% equity against his likely calling range. A set is very unlikely as you've seen him limp before, so he'd probably be limping 22 and 44. The only hand you really fear is AQ with the Ad. And you get him to fold plenty hands that are ahead of you at this point (assuming he's not a total station).
