I sat down at this table very recently and don't have any reads except for stats. Villian is a 18/12 over 730 hands. Pre-flop he raises my blind when it folds around which he has been doing somewhat frequently, with JJ its an easy 3B IP. He bets less then half pot on the flop and I raise with the flush draw out there and I guess for value? Then he shoves over the top. I would assume that he would have 4-bet AA or KK preflop as he isn't passive like the rest of the players at this level.

i think its an easy call your odds are great, and his range is really really wide

i think this is fine blind on blind. Once you raise flop i think you have to call shove. you should have decent equity against most of his range here which will include some draws, pairs worse than jacks.

You've definitely committed by your flop raise, so after that you're fist-pumping if he shoves. If you are giving folding to a shove any consideration then you should not be raising the flop. Or raise smaller so that you can get away from the hand. Personally I'm happy getting it in with JJ in this situation unless you've seen this guy donk out small with sets before. If he had QQ-AA, he'd 4-bet you, so you're only behind to sets. As played, I'd snap call his shove, and if he flatted with AA then grats to him and he gets a nice new player note.

yes, you are value raising on the flop, not just protecting against flush draws.
as played get it in, ya sometimes he will be ahead but his range is very likely wide enough to justify getting it in

He had KK, after the hand I just felt like I should have been able to lay it down but then a little later I felt like I played it right so I thought I'd get your opinion.

Still think you played it right, but definitely make a note on him that he flat-called a 3-bet with KK.

you played the hand correct in my opinion, too.
He outplayed you but honestly, that ain`t difficult in a BvB Situation with KK vs JJ. And please do not try to do the same against another villain (I mean playing KK slow preflop. Unless the Villain is an AF 7.0 and up Maniac). Going broke with an Overpair for 100 BBs (and here it was even less) in a 3bet Pot is absolutely standard.
More important as a Stat would be his AF Factor here i believe. I actually would never fold an OP here unless his AF was around 0.2-0.3 and his Frequenty below 20.
Nice Hand.
