one is pretty confusing. BB squeezes UTG min-raiser and appears to give up on the turn. IMO this is missed overs that tried to take down the flop and is giving up, but then the river is a Q obviously that’s another card you are behind to. So it is hard to tell whether this is a value bet or if he just senses weakness. Tough spot I agree..

Hand 2 is a call on the river imo. He seems passive pre-flop but kind of aggro post-flop? Reads would obviously help here beyond stats, like what kind of hand does he think is good here on the river? He bet weak the whole way, min-raised the flop. On the river it is about 13 to win 45, very good odds obviously with TPTK against someone this loose. I call and make a note.

These are kind of my rambling thoughts and I’m not ever 75% sure on either hand

in hand #2 if you call the turn, you can never fold the river here. if you plan to fold on this river, you should just fold on the turn

The first hand, the check on the turn could also indicate afraid of the flush draw completing.

In the first hand, this is my thought process. First I just cold call the 3bet raise because it seems like any standard raise not really a 3BET so his range could be overs or QQ-AA. The flop bet is a cont bet so I peel flop because I am still ahead of a majority of his range if he misses. Turn is check for pot control and I will give up if he bets. On river though, check again for pot control and he fires which I assume is for value so I fold.

On the second hand, I really wanted to fold turn, but because his range strictly represents either KJ, 77, or Q10 and his aggro post flop I assume that he is doubling with Q10. On the river I fold because at these stakes usually people won't 3 barrel bluff.
