Hi, i'm just wondering if anyone knows where im going wrong with trying to put videos onto my ipod. I downloaded a few videos in MP4 and put them onto my ipod but when i try to play the screen stays black and all i get is the sound? Thanks for any help

You'll need to download the M4V files (iPod-ready) to use on your iPod, or convert the MP4 files using an iPod-converter (software you can get for Windows/Mac/Linux).
