I know, I know, shortstackers suck etc., but I see alot of it, even in high stakes PLO(Durrr, OMGitsGandolf, etc regularly sit w/20bbs). I thought it would be cool to have a half and half video/series where the first half deals w/playing as the shortstacker, second half deals with countering how to deal with the shortstacker.

I think it might be beneficial as it may be applicable to regular stack play vs a deep stack(some aspects). Also, I'd like to learn how to adjust better between a bad shortstacker and a very good one. IDK, just a thought.

Many vids I've watched on here have had small mention of shortstackers when one is sitting at the table, and it always seems to be acknowledged that they alter what you should do. "Normally I'd ______ here, but the BB only has Xbb's, so I have to play them a bit differently". You can sit there and call them donks, which they more than likely are(although some aren't). But that doesn't change the fact that a new strategy must be employed.

Meh, I see sooo many people get tilted by shortstackers, which I think is fking great. I love tilting people, especially without saying a word. To me it's just another weapon in the arsenal.
If I knew of even only a dozen players I could find and set on tilt on occasion, I think it would be worthwhile. A couple of quick double ups, then next thing you know they've given you 4 buyins because they turned into spewtards trying to get that annoying shortsacker. Then they can go whine on 2+2 about raising the min buy in because they can't/don't know how or want to have to deal with it. What do I know though, I'm the type of player who likes limit games too.

Oh, and Durr, Trex, Urindanger, Galfond, etc. must all be complete ratholing retards. Seeing as how buying in short and ratholing obviously go hand in hand. Those ratholing bastards.

Locking this thread at this point is fine with me. It's unfortunate though, because the point wasn't advocating shortstacking. Should I go DIAGF for considering it? Likely so.

Well playing against shortstackers (ratholers) is pretty much math, right?
Just make your opens smaller and shove/call good vs them. The only interesting thing is adjusting to how other fullstacks adjust to them.
I actually went through like 50k hands of a shortstacker in my DB once to see how exploitable they are postflop and what his ranges were pre (I assumed static ranges which isn't true because they change their ranges depending on whoever they shove against but still a good estimation). Short answer: very (he was somewhat ok, not a horrible shortstacker).
Maybe I still have the notes I took somewhere.
