I'm over the 500 message quota by a fair amount. Is there an easy way to purge my sent emails without doing it 25 at a time? Someone PMed me with a question and I can't respond until I'm under the quota.

Yes please. You can also get rid of all but the most recent message in my inbox if you want, in addition to everything in Trash.
