It's been this way for a few weeks now, and we didn't make an announcement about it. Not much has changed - we created a Live Poker forum and a General Poker discussion, and created an Off Topic forum since General Discussion was getting crowded. We added strategy categories (stratcats!) to the dashboard, so people can more easily identify NL vs. tournament vs. LHE vs. PLO topics. I think that's mostly it - there was some reordering/reprioritizing in the /forums index as well to help direct people to the more strategy-heavy forums as well.
