I've run a search on this and cannot find it, and cannot imagine that I'm the only one experiencing this for the last few weeks... but here it goes

Doesn't matter what hand I try to post, when I try, hand converter will tell me "No valid hand data could be detected" whenever I grab a hand off of HEM 1.

So I updated from the second latest version to the latest version and still no dice. This feature USED to work just fine by clicking txt and then pasting into Hand Converter, but as recently as two weeks ago (could have happened well before that, I do not know) this method no longer works.
I've also tried 2+2 format, and have tried to convert at weaktight into various other outputs to put into Hand Converter and just can't make it work.

So what happened?

I see others posting HEM HH's all the time, even minutes ago... are they using HEM2 and I'm on the outdated HEM1? Or WTF am I doing wrong?

I noticed there are a few spots where there is improper spacing. So adding in the spaces does NOT fix the problem; adding in carriage returns where the improper spacing is also does not fix the problem.
I would be inclined to think this is purely a function of HEM changing things, BUT.... I went an awful long time before upgrading to the latest version (which I just did this morning to try and fix this) and can only remember having the problem recently (though I have not tried to post a hand in many many months!!!)

Also would like to add, have had zippo problems on other converters; I would think if HEM did something, I would have noticed it elsewhere first

You are pasting a Hh that HEM has already converted. Do you have a raw Hh from the site? You should be able to get that from HEM as well.

hmmm. don't know how to do it either way; site is merge, and I only see "txt" and "2+2" buttons on the HH. I could have sworn that I was able to paste the HH via clicking "txt" into Hand Converter, but hey, perhaps I'm wrong about that.
I've yet to figure out how to pull raw HH from merge. I've even emailed their customer service about this but ha ha ha, no answers.
If you have some ideas, I appreciate it... and appreciate the time helping me entity regardless.

Right click the hand (not in replayer) -> view selected hand histories to get the raw HH.

Or if you click the "2+2" button instead of "txt" you can paste the hand straight on dc
