Just wondering if there is currently any way to subscribe to a thread without posting in said thread. Previously, I would just click the RSS option at the top of the site and it would automatically subscribe me to that thread. I never used RSS, but preferred to just look at the latest posts from the My DC homepage.

Now (I believe since the major site update), when I click the RSS button on threads I wish to subscribe to, it doesn't update them on the My DC, My Threads column. Not even sure if it is actually subscribing me to the thread. Seems rather silly to have to post in a thread in other to get updates from that thread in the My DC homepage.

Note: I have no previous experience with RSS, just used it in the past to subscribe to threads I wished to follow, but didn't feel the need to post in.

Edit: As an aside, it would be nice to be able to edit thread titles. Especially, when you make silly grammatical errors, haha.

I just use the Reader; never tried My DC.

tl;dr answer - there will be, but not for a while. There are a lot of projects we're working on and I've been teaching myself Rails so I can become more helpful with implementing features that are beneficial (like this). Unfortunately there's still a lot to learn, and we're an incredibly small team, so I don't have a timetable. It is something on my radar though.
