Apparently I can't do transfers until I have had my FullTilt account for 90 days (I deposited via credit card). Does anyone know if they're at all flexible with this or not? Paying with a card for DC isn't really an option just now. I don't get the rule at all, I have about 20x my initial deposit sitting in the account just now so it's not like I'm trying to scam them.

You may be able to fix that by sending them an email and requesting it. If they can confirm your account details they should allow you full access to transfers and such. But I'm not sure.

Dan is right, send them an email and tell them you play all the time and keep a decent balance.

Thanks for the replies, discovered that if I make a Neteller deposit it'll allow me to do the transfer. Just waiting for my Neteller account to get activated, it'll be quicker than waiting to hear from FT support anyway! There's loads of videos I've missed so can't wait to get this sorted.
