.....Anyway. As I said above, we will figure out an appropriate font that can take precedence for PCs in the future, but we're unable to prioritize this as high as you'd like in our development queue. ....
This is the part that tilts me about DC development. All the sweet talk in the world DOES NOT help my eyes on a non-standard font. Being that DC is an "international" site, this should be a top priority IMO. No passing the buck or priorities.
Unfortunately, this type of answer is given a lot. (i.e. very small team, non-critical, etc). I know this hurts, but the reason this is happening IMO, is because the forums are home-grown. I say this as a guy who who has rolled-out many projects, and worked with many developers/startups. Once a home-grown project takes off....the most basic issues become a pain to fix. I've been there and experienced that -- so many times (due to working with startups and engineers).
But, fonts? Really? Seriously?? You will try , in good time, "to figure out an appropriate font"??
Easy ball drop IMO.

I'm over the tilting part. Just irritated that it took over a month (forum and PMs) and DC's reluctance to simply change it to the same font as the BLOGS.
One+ month.....and I finally found the user-end client fix for the non-standard font. My eyes much appreciate it.

I'm glad that you got the font issue resolved. At this point, I'm going to lock this thread as the forums/blog update was some time ago and we'd like to make sure feedback is contained to threads where the discussion is relevant to current issues (there is a lot of discussion in this thread about fixing things that have already been fixed/addressed).
