I have been studying web designed and communications for 2 years and I think you should try to keep your site as professional as possible. I'm not sure if you are doing the design yourself but one of the reasons I never hired a coach at 3bet.net was that the site gave such a unprofessional impression. This site is much better then 3bet.net but here are some of my thoughts.
1. Intros/Flash animations is very fun to make but the have to be kept SHORT and SIMPLE if people going to watch it many times (more then 5sec is too long).
2. Logotypes and Pictures should be small so it's doesn't distract the reader/viewer
3. The content in your videos are very good but try to use a bit more mature language. Words like "cool" and "pie in the face talk" maybe funny too younger viewers but may seams unprofessionally to some. If you feel like there is dead time in your video tell us more about yourself what you been up too and so on. People watch your videos too become better poker players not because they need a substitute to Jim Carry.
Think about it there are many site like yours out there and I'm a member at all of them but others might only afford to one. Which one do you think they choose? The funniest and the "coolest" site? or the one that gave seamed most professional impression?
Your content here is on the same level as CR, your coaches seams to be on a higher level then them and your videos is not only recordings of live on-line sessions. That's why people who only can afford one membership is going to choose this site.
Best of luck!

Is there any way to go to the first unread post in a thread? I can't seem to figure this forum out.
There is no standard link to 1st unread post, but you can use RSS feeds for all the forums, some of them or topics. Link to RSS feeds is located in the top right corner.
Not sure what browser are you using, but most of them have functionality to read RSS feeds. If you are using Firefox, I'm recommending to download infoRSS extension and subscribe to general RSS (top forum page) or to the RSS of some of them. Then subject and author of every new post will scroll on your status bar in browser - that is a cool feature.
If you are interested in details, I can provide some links/screenshot and maybe DC guys can take it and put somewhere on the site.

Do you guys really need those big screenshots for each video? All they show is open tables. I think it's a waste of space and it makes things very confusing imo.
Agreed.
Also, we need smiley faces dammit!
