Hi slipkn6t,

You need to sign up for our free trial or a paid subscription plan in order to watch videos. You are currently on a baisc plan. The free trial is available by choosing one of the plans at http://www.deucescracked.com/account/upgrade - hope this helps!

You have to choose a plan and sign up for it. You're currently on a basic plan. Our free trial and all of our subscription plans require a credit card number to be entered, and then you'll be instantly upgraded.

The idea is that you 'upgrade' your account and you are charged nothing for 7 days...you are free to downgrade within those 7 days and nothing will be taken from your account...if you decide the upgrade is worth it do nothing and you'll be charged on the 8th day.

This is correct. You will not be charged if you cancel your account within 7 days.

Nope, it's called a free trial because it's free for the trial period. If you cancel during the first 7 days, you won't be billed. If you don't cancel, your new subscription begins on the 8th day, and you'll be charged for the first month's access then.

Many users including myself came here to exploit the 7 day trial and download a bunch of videos for free...

A large percentage of them realise that Deuces Cracked rocks and decide to stay. I've now been a paying subscriber for years and DC is my poker home.

DC know perfectly well that people do this. They're confident that their awesomeness will prompt enough people to stay.

+10000 I am currently not on a plan after subscribing for the last two years. I had to cut back heavily on my expenses so, regretfully, I had to let my plan expire. Before this happened I downloaded a bunch of the best series to study until I can once again upgrade. The fact that I was able to do this is simply outstanding. When I am able to upgrade again I definitely will. I have gotten so much value out of the content on this website it cannot be overstated. To use a poker analogy that most will understand nowadays,"Deuces Cracked is to training sites what PokerStars is to online poker" Integrity, Value to the customer and committment to excellence.

And no I don't work for them.
