Hi DC,
I cant watch vids anymore, I dont know why. In the afternoon everything was working fine. But now I want to watch a vid and I cant play it. When I click on play, screen stays black. I already resetted my internet browser, restarded my PC and downloaded adobe reader 7 again. But that didnt work.I can still watch vids on youtube. Do you maybe know why it is not working?

Hey all, strange to hear that viewing videos suddenly quit working. I wasn't able to replicate the issue. It could have been a temporary connection issue with our video servers in your region, but if it's persisting, let me know what browser and OS you're using.
Also, did you reinstall Adobe Reader, or Flash? To update Flash, follow this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I have the same problem since a couple of days. OS Windows Vista, Browser Firefox 13.0.1, Flash player 11.3.300.265. Logging out didn't solve the problem. Also tried with Internet Explorer.

Can you post a screencast of what you're seeing when you click play using screenr.com? I'd like to be able to see the full browser screen to see if there's anything out of the ordinary I see (including top and bottom bars on the browser). This sounds like a network issue, but it's going to be tough to troubleshoot - I've tsted this in the same version of Flash with no issues.
Our code for videos hasn't changed in quite some time, so unfortunately the most likely thing would have to do with the servers that host our video content, which is outside of out control (they're hosted by Amazon). Beyond that we'll keep looking into it, but I'm currently unable to duplicate this on any type of computer.
thanks,
Rob
