Is there any RECENT video that talks about bet at 6-max NLHE small stakes and mid stakes sizing? If not, what you guys think it might be correct? I didn''t understand pretty well how to found videos and stuff, i would like to know where to find recent videos (not from 2009) that talks about UO ranges, 3bet , light 3bets, some good series that talk about elemental things, but with todays approach.
Thanks.

I don't know of a video that specifically deals with this, and is my personal opinion that alot of not so experienced players put too much importance on the topic (especially with open raises).
I think a good rule for balanced sizings is to 3x from any position, except the button where you can make it 2.5x or just minraise, and on the SB where it's ok to go 3.5x. When isolating add 1bb to the raise. Minraising button is especially appealing if there are 2 nits or shortstacks on the blinds. If you're playing microstakes I think it's probably a leak not to go 4x UTG since you're so likely to get called by some fish. Notice the word balanced . If you're on the button with 2 fish on the blinds, 3x AA and minraising 96s is obviously fine.
Same with 3betting, you can be pretty unbalanced, but if you wanted to be balanced, good rules of thumb are these:
Facing a minraise OOP: 8x 3bet
Facing a 2.5x raise OOP: 9x 3bet
Facing a 3x raise OOP: 10x 3bet
Facing a minraise IP: 7x 3bet
Facing a 2.5x raise IP: 8x 3bet
Facing a 3x raise IP: 9x 3bet
Add one bb if effective stacks are over 120bb, add another bb if eff. stacks are over 200bb.
