I'm probably being really stupid but how do I post a graph either in the forums or on my DC blog?

(By a graph, I mean a screenshot from Poker Tracker or HEM)

Pretty sure you can upload an image to your blog but we do not have image posts in the forums, you could provide a link to a screen shot however.
