Beginner Limit Hold'em Poker Forums

So, I'm supposed to "crush" .25/.50 at iPoker 6-max for at least 5 BB/100 and for the first half of the month I was... but then the regs got used to me and I've levelled off.

Today I saw one of the regs at .25/.50 playing 20/40

Other regs from .25/.50 are multi-tabling across 1/2 to 3/6

Oh well. I suppose the silver lining is that when I get out of .25/.50, I'll stand a chance at the next level up.

In the meantime, I've started spending some time on PokerStars 'cos the .25/.50 games seem to be juicy no matter what time of day at the moment.

And fwiw I agree with Nina than LHE players tend to be better at adapting to other disciplines than the other way around.
