I'm looking into this, but it will probably unfortunately take me a bit to track down the problem. It seems to be a Flash/OS-related bug - plays back fine in OSX but not in Windows. If you download the MP4 file and try to play it in VLC, what happens?

For the meantime, I've uploaded a new MP4/Flash version, but it may take a while for the new file to propagate through our servers. I'm crashing for the night but if it's still having problems tomorrow, LMK, and I'll dig into it some more.

Tried it in Internet Explorer and it works fine. Downloaded the MP4 version, and it does play. However, the quality is pretty poor for some reason.

Video issues aside, are HULH SNGs a popular format on Poker Stars at meaningful stakes, I don't see them running on a regular basis myself but honestly I haven't looked that often after Black Friday. I hate HUNL SNGs personally, but HULH SNgs sound extremely skill intensive in comparison (not that HUNL SNGs aren't, but it's irritating when the 3bet/4bet/5bet ends the game after 1 hand and you never really had the time to develop reads and play the opponent compared to HUNL Ring etc.) and avoiding the rake of LH ring games is a huge plus.
