Fold at any point (and on any particular rivers except club)? 3-bet preflop?

3betting pf is playable for sure. guy is probably raising 20, 30% preflop in this spot, no?
I'd probably just call. His stats are close to mine. I said I'd be raising this, more or less:
AA-44,AK-A7,KQ-KT,QJ,Ax6x-Ax2x,Kx9x-Kx7x,QxTx-Qx9x,JxTx-Jx9x,Tx9x-Tx8x,9x8x
A7o has about 44% equity against that range. Even when you add the limper's dead money I don't think a 3-bet is going to be the best play -- too much pot bloat and you over-rep your hand without significantly improving your shot at winning.
Rest of hand I think is fine. Ugly situation but not much that I can say I'd do differently.

I'd 3-bet preflop if I'd seen UTG limp, then fold for 2 more before; however, most limpers just don't really ever fold preflop once they've entered the pot. Rest of the hand seems standard.
