Unfortunately not. The only tradition I experienced was the first practice for Skelleftea's Ice Hockey Team. The event broke all records by some margin 5600 people as opposed to 4500 last year.

Just trying it for the first time tonight. Looks funky but I've installed on a fresh computer so everything has reverted to default. Will take me some time to get a feel for it.

I'd love to watch a series about your transition from online to live.

Results this month have been pretty crap but haven't managed to get many hands in and have focused on playing anti-ROT (Results Oriented Thinking) sessions. Still contemplating a switch to another variant as LHE seems to need a LOT of hands to make any return even vs weak players. Guess my get-rich-quick-playing-poker bubble burst around Black Friday and it's taking a while to adjust to playing poker as a pastime...

@Oba - Was your minbet on the flop a misclick? Raise bigger on the turn too.

I know NLHE is not your game and that this is nano-stakes, but just a few posts above you complained about your lack of discipline. Seems like you're practicing undisciplined poker across the board.

Anyone playing LHE on the US friendly sites? Even remotely worth the effort? Sorry, I know this has been posted 1000x - just looking for cliffs.

Everyone allowed to play for real money online, with any level of confidence of being able to have a withdrawal check actually clear- can suck it. LOL j/k...kinda

cake has some action, cashouts are very slow (~3 months)

merge has more action, not taking new us signups atm, but i hear that should change soon, cashouts are not that bad (i think couple weeks i heard?)

bodog's action is picking up, some bigger games sometimes, i don't have any info about their deposits or cashouts though
