I folded in these three situations. I always fear scary cards on next streets and the agression that i'll have to face on next streets as well. All this to win sometimes. I feel that will be more times in troubles than paying safety.

How you play this situations?

Hand 1) I 3-bet for value pre, we're likely do fine against UTG+1's range and we want to get value from UTG & MP's weaker ranges.

As played, I would C/R the flop. There is still a good chance we are ahead of UTG+1 & we can face the field with 2 bets to try and get the pot heads up.

Hand 2) I don't mind calling or folding in this spot depending on how you view LP's donking range. There are times when you still have the best hand on the flop and when you don't you still have the chance to hit your set. If I did peel the flop, I would fold to a turn bet if it was still 3-handed.

Hand 3) Very Similar to hand 1. I think calling preflop is ok in this case with our slightly weaker pair, but I'm still C/R'ing the flop for the same reasons as hand 1.

Yeah, you're folding too much. I can't easily think of scenarios where folding 2nd pair for 1 bet on the flop in FLHE is a good move.

All this to win sometimes.

You only need to win sometimes at showdown when going to call down mode, not every time or even half the time.

I'm calling down single bets with the nines unless A/K lands and the villains are both still in the pot.

With the eights I'm worried about MP1 contbetting into 3 players so I'm not too happy to CR, but doing it any way... the pot is too big to take any chances and you have the perfect position to clear the field.
